The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a new benefit provided free of charge to staff at Royal Holloway.
The EAP, delivered by Workplace Options, offers impartial and confidential advice and support on a range of work, personal and family issues. The service is available 24/7, 365 days of the year and there is no limit to the number of issues employees can gain support on.
As well as professional consultations and counselling in person and over the phone, the EAP has extensive online resources including LiveCONNECT – an instant messaging tool – and free monthly webinars.
To give staff the opportunity to find out more about the EAP scheme and how it might benefit them, we will be officially launching the scheme on Monday 31 March in the Windsor Building Foyer. Staff can drop in anytime between 11am and 2pm for a quick chat with a representative from Workplace Options who manage the scheme. No booking necessary.
