As the great outdoors beckons with the promise of warmer weather and longer days why not try something new and get in shape for summer with our Summer Exercise Classes?
RHUL Sport are running the following classes from Monday 17 June:
Yogalates (a blend of Yoga and Pilates) 12.30 - 1.30pm
Spinning 5.15 - 6pm
Ab Attack 6 – 6.30pm
Outdoor circuits 5.30 -6.30pm
Spinning 7.45am - 8.30am
Legs, Tums and Bums 5 - 6pm
Outdoor circuits 5 – 6pm
Zumba 6 – 7pm
(Outdoor circuits at Nobles Field is weather dependent and may take place indoors)
Classes are free for gym members or just £3 for non members
