The local Taiwanese community

There is a strong Taiwanese community at Royal Holloway and there are a range of clubs and societies for students, both on the campus and in the local area. For more information please have a look at our clubs and societies page or the Students' Union sports and societies pages.

Community Action Volunteering exists to connect, train and support Royal Holloway students seeking to volunteer in the local community, a great way to gain experience while you are here.

In case you miss food from back home, the London area offers a number of Taiwanese restaurants.

Alumni Ambassadors

We have two Regional Alumni Ambassadors in Taipei who organise events for Royal Holloway alumni in Taiwan and are also available to answer questions from prospective students and attend local exhibition events. For more information and contact details please see the Alumni Chapters section in the Alumni Getting Involved page.
