Once your application has been received by Royal Holloway, it is processed by the Admissions Office. They check the application and assess the suitability of your qualifications for your chosen course. They also liaise with dedicated Admissions tutors for each course, who make decisions.

If you are an undergraduate applicant and have submitted your application via UCAS, you can also use the facility to keep up-to-date with your progress and reply to your offers.
We aim to make decisions on applications submitted within 4-6 weeks of receipt of the application. Please note that if you have sent a direct application by post that it could take up to 4 weeks to reach Royal Holloway.
