Over a five-year period, Barbara Zipser edited and translatef de curatione, a vast medical handbook from tenth-century Byzantium, and has written on the world in which this work was compiled, revised and used. Parallel to this, she set up a wiki on Simon Lanuensis' clavis sanationis, a thirteenth century medical dictionary in Latin, Greek and Arabic.
