Interested in one of our Masters programmes? Join us for a Postgrad Open House (7 March)

Posted on 01/03/2012

Wednesday 7 March 1-3 pm: Room 170

Each year the department hosts a postgraduate event particularly for those people considering one of our Masters programmes:

  • MA Cultural Geography
  • MA Environmental Writing (new for 2012 entry and joint with English)
  • MSc Geopolitics and Security (new for 2012 entry joint with PIR)
  • MSc Practising Sustainable Development
  • MSc Sustainability and Management (joint with School of Management)
  • MSc Quaternary Science.

After a short introduction by the director of graduate studies (Klaus Dodds), there will be an opportunity to have conversations with the programme directors where you can ask questions about the nature of the courses and the kind of careers/and wider opportunities our graduate programme offers.

We will provide refreshments and lunch and hope this will motivate you in to joining us for at least one more year of study at Royal Holloway. Colleagues will also happily discuss with you doctoral possibilities as well (e.g. 1+3 applications via the ESRC).

If you are intending to come along to this event (and I hope you will do!) can you please let Liz Hamilton or Karen Oliver (liz.hamilton@rhul.ac.uk or karen.oliver@rhul.ac.uk) know as soon as possible so that we can organise the catering.

Klaus Dodds (Director of Graduate Studies)
