Caves and cannibals - research in the Mendip Hills

Caves and cannibals - research in the Mendip Hills: Professor Danielle Schreve is leading excavations of a previously unexplored cave sediment sequence in Ebbor Gorge, Somerset. The sequence contains the skeletal remains of a wide range of mammals as well as evidence that ancient humans once occupied the cave.
