Beetles, volcanic eruptions and rapid climate change

Beetles, volcanic eruptions and rapid climate change: Professor Scott Elias has been awarded a grant from the U.S. National Park Service to use fossil beetle remains to reconstruct the history of environmental change in Alaska over the last 11,000 years, a period during which a number of major volcanic eruptions occurred.
