OSP is on my payslip this month, what does it mean?
Answer:

Occupational Sick Pay is generated when you have been absent through illness on full pay.

This amount is paid to top up the Statutory Sick Pay processed so that you will receive full pay for the absence in accordance with your Terms & Conditions of Employment.
