Name change, how do I update my records, who do I need to inform?
Answer:

For a change in title or name, e.g. marriage, PhD certificate, original documentation needs to be shown to Human Resources (either at the Hot desk or at Huntersdale) for your records to be updated.

If the name on your bank account has changed you can amend this onĀ MyView.

You should also let the tax office know, contact HMRC:
