Failure to Enrol
All returning students must enrol by completing online sign-up at the start of each academic year (September) and by making the relevant tuition fee payment on the anniversary of their programme start date.
Any returning student who fails to complete online sign-up within 21 days of the start of the new academic year, or who fails to enrol by not making their tuition fee payment within 21 days of the anniversary of their start date, without prior approval and in the absence of medical or other good reason, will have their registration terminated. A reinstatement fee of £300 will be payable if re-admission is subsequently granted. Exceptions will only be considered where Student Administration has been informed in advance in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) of any circumstances that prevent enrolment by the specified time.
Please note that students will not be permitted to re-commence their studies and/or enrol after this 21 day period. If you are unable to return to the College within this time you may need to consider interrupting your studies.
If you do not enrol with the College you will not be entitled to use any College facilities, including the Computer Centre, the Library, Campus Account (formerly RCS) facilities, the Students' Union, or attend lectures and seminars.
