Learn how to master anxiety and release your potential.

This workshop offers you techniques which help calm you and bolster both your psychological and physical health.

  • Learn a renowned breathing technique which has been specially designed for panic attacks. It calms you, helps you gain clarity, focus and aids restful sleep.
  • Practise a technique called 'Thought Stopping' - a method of distracting you from negative thoughts.
  • Practise muscular relaxation to diffuse the build up of physical tension related to negative thoughts and feelings.
  • Learn how to raise your mood and make yourself feel more positive.
