Points: Why can't I see points for recent activity on the Passport tab on Campus Connect?
Answer:

This data is updated roughly once every two weeks, so recent activities will show up relatively quickly. Occasionally anomalies occur in the system, so if an activity you completed two months ago is not showing on the Campus Connect tab, please contact your Area Leader to check that they have forwarded your points information to us or email passportaward@rhul.ac.uk.  Whilst updates are undertaken regularly, the frequency that Area Leaders input the data is entirely up to their schedules.
