MA Playwriting grad wins prestigious Channel 4 Playwrights' Scheme

A graduate from the department's MA in Playwriting has won major professional recognition for her outstanding new play, Dubailand. Carmen Nasr, who graduated from Royal Holloway in 2012, is one of five winners of the prestigious Channel 4 Playwrights' Scheme 2016.

Chris Megson will give a public lecture at the V&A Museum on Saturday 8 October. Titled 'Theatre and the 1970s: Rupturing the "consensus"', the lecture takes place as part of an upcoming '1970s Day' at the V&A, one of a series of events marking the museum's current exhibition 'You Say You Want a Revolution?
