• If you require historical PGR data, in most cases you should contact Data Management in the first instance.
If you require the following historical PGR data, however, please contact the

instead:
• funding data pre 2021/22
• submission rates by department
• upgrade rates by department

If you are requesting data, please:

• submit your request at least 2 weeks before you need the data
• make very clear at the outset what data you are looking for (i.e. to avoid having to do the data exercise twice if you realise that the data you initially requested is not exactly what you are after)
