THE World University Rankings 2018: Top 20 in the UK

The 2018 Times Higher Education World University Rankings for Computer Science places Royal Holloway 17th in the UK, 126-150 in the World.

We are particularly proud that this places us 10th for international outlook and 13th for citations in the UK.

As we approach our 50th anniversary, this confirms Royal Holloway as one of the top UK departments for Computer Science. We ranked 11th in the UK for research output in REF2014 and REF2008, and we have a consistent record of excellence in the NSS, having secured 19th in the UK out of 110 universities and 10th among research-intensive universities (top in London) in NSS2017.
