Join our panel of alumni and recruiters for a wide-ranging discussion about careers in the travel and tourism industry. 

Speaker Details:

Phoebe Smith is currently the editor of Wanderlust Travel Magazine. Phoebe is also the author of several books including Extreme Sleeps: Adventures of a Wild Camper and Wilderness Weekends: Wild Adventures in Britain's Rugged Corners. 

Victoria Gilyatt studied BA International Hospitality Management and went on to work in the Hotel Industry. Victoria started out as a Management Trainee for Devere Hotels and more recently worked as Assistant Front of House Manager in Hilton Hotels.

Oliver Harris studied BA History at Royal Holloway, graduating in 2009. Oliver currently runs his own tour company, providing personalized tours around Britain.   

Arran Wiltshire studied European Studies at Royal Holloway, graduating in 2010. Arran currently works as a Marketing Manager for the European Tourism Association (ETOA) where he manages online and offline promotional materials for the organisation.

Representatives from Camp America will also be speaking at the event about what it’s like to work in the travel and tourism industry as a student or a graduate and how you can develop your career within the industry.
