A strong and successful track record in project and programme management, David has led complex projects that have had a need to manage multiple stakeholders and business requirements. He has worked on projects that have delivered performance improvement, cost reduction and business transformation.
Clemens Moehring is a Senior Consultant in EY’s Advisory Practice in London. He joined EY in 2013 as part of the ‘Advisory Consultant Programme’ (ACP). The ACP is a two-year programme for recent graduates within EY’s Advisory – Performance Improvement division. It allows one to rotate between the EY’s three Advisory sectors: (1) Government and Public Sector, (2) Energy and Assets, (3) Products and Services. Since joining, Clemens has gained experience with Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Public Sector clients and is currently working on a capital project in the nuclear energy industry. Next to his client role, he facilitates several training courses at EY on the topics of ‘Process Transformation’, ‘Lean production’, and ‘Investment Analysis’.
Prior to joining EY, Clemens graduated with a BSc Economics at Royal Holloway (2013), where he was also President of the Diplomatic Society. Coming from Germany originally, he also grew up in the Netherlands.
Raquel Polo | Consultant | Business Advisory at Arcadis. Raquel is a management consultant within the Business Advisory practice at Arcadis, with experience in in socio-economic development, programme management, supply chain and business transformation in the transportation, utilities and banking industries.
Arcadis is the leading global design & consultancy firm for natural and built assets.
Recent client engagements include a socio-economic development and action plan for a cross-national high speed rail in Asia Pacific; and the design and management of a major procurement programme in the utilities sector in the UK. Additional experience includes transformational programmes and strategic insights in various sectors with concise action plans aligned to the client’s vision and objectives.
Raquel’s experience in management consultancy is underpinned by a technical background in Civil Engineering, Finance and Investment. Raquel graduated from RHUL in 2012 as top of the class with an MSc in International Management and has since then been part of Arcadis.
