Cultivating Mind, Body and Soul: Health, Wellbeing & Horticulture

In a rapidly urbanising world, gardens, gardening and horticulture have a key role to play in ensuring that humans don’t lose touch with nature. Professor Alistair Griffiths will explore the role of cultivated plants, gardens and gardening in reconnecting people back with nature, providing environmental resilience and improving physical, social and mental health and wellbeing. Gardens are no longer a nice to have, they are essential for the survival of our species.

Host: Dr Tony Stead
