In order to fully restore all functionality the WPS100 printing service will be unavailable between 5pm and 7pm on Wednesday 21st February.

 

Please shut down or restart your computer at the end of the day to avoid any issues with printing on Thursday morning.

SoftwareBOS Essential Maintenance 24th February 2018

Our technical team plans to undertake essential maintenance on Saturday 24 February, between 09:00 and 14:00.

 

During this window, it is necessary to take BOS offline for a short period of time.

 

This work is necessary to improve BOS’s performance and capacity and will allow us to begin rolling out new features in the upcoming weeks.

 

We know that this is likely to cause some disruption. But we hope that, by doing this work outside normal service hours, any disruption will at least be limited.

 

 

We will be updating our website, service dashboards and social media today to ensure all users are informed. But please cascade this message to anyone you think might be impacted.

We would never send an email like this. Also the email address is wrong & if you hover over the link you will see that it is not from us.
