Access to College library
Alumni have access to the library, in the Emily Wilding Davison Building, and may borrow up to 10 items at any one time; these must be either 'One Week' or 'Normal' loan items. To join the Library, applicants should bring either their old college card, diploma certificate, or letter from department, to the helpdesk in either library at Royal Holloway, and fill in an application form. Membership will be granted for up to three years.

Benefits from The University of London
There are a number of alumni benefits available to you via Senate House including the opportunity to join Senate House Library at a discounted rate. To register and pay for membership, you will need proof of having studied here (this could be a degree certificate/transcript or email confirmation from the Alumni Relations Team). To join in person, please show the confirmation to Library staff. You can also sign up via the Library website. Alumni also have access to Student Central at associate membership rates, this includes access to the swimming pool and other social and leisure facilities at a discounted rate.

Get married in the College Chapel
At the heart of the University stands the beautiful Founder's Chapel of Royal Holloway where alumni, as well as receiving their degrees at Graduation, may also celebrate their weddings.

Wedding receptions at the College
There are many additional benefits for our students and alumni who choose Royal Holloway as their wedding venue. Aside from the added bonus of a wedding venue with such personal meaning and history, students and alumni of Royal Holloway have the opportunity to have not only a civil ceremony in our beautiful Picture Gallery or Founder’s Dining Hall, but also your wedding breakfast and evening reception.
Additionally, students and graduates of Royal Holloway enjoy a 10% discount on their food and drink spend.
Discounted Sports Centre memberships
Alumni are entitled to concessionary rates at our Sports Centre and Fitness Suite. For £25 per month, alumni receive unlimited access to the fitness suite and all exercise classes, as well as free use of tennis, squash and badminton courts (subject to terms and conditions).
