The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2021

The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2021

From 30 November at midday, until 7 December at midday, online donations are matched with pledged funds, doubling each amount that is donated until we reach this year’s campaign target of £100,000.  By giving during this window, your support can have twice the impact for students in need!

A 2021 UK wide higher education study saw student wellbeing measures fall to their lowest levels, and mental health and wellbeing was the main reason given by students who were considering leaving their course. The pandemic has exacerbated financial hardship, resulted in loss of part time work and impacted family incomes, meaning current students face far-reaching challenges and barriers to success. The result is academically able and motivated students rethinking university plans.

A gift through the Big Give Christmas Challenge can help students from all backgrounds succeed through challenging times. Your gift will fund scholarships, essential study equipment and support wellbeing programmes to provide the additional support we know can make all the difference to our students.
