Alumni Reunion BBQ and Club Night

Saturday 9 September 2023, from 2pm, Egham campus

We are looking forward to seeing you all on campus tomorrow! Find details of the event below and check your emails for more detailed joining instructions. You can find a campus map here.

Registrations for the Alumni BBQ and Club Night have now closed.

Tickets for the Alumni Club Night are still available on the door for £7. Doors open 9pm, last entry 12pm. Tickets are available on a first come first served basis. 

 

This event is open to all alumni. Guests and families are welcome for the BBQ. Guests are welcome at the club night but please note all attendees must be 18 or over and photo ID will be required. 

ALUMNI REUNION BBQ, Founders South Quad
Please note: tickets to the BBQ will not be available to purchase on the day.

2pm: Registration 

2.30pm to 3.30pm: BBQ served
Campus tours will take place during this time and the Picture Gallery and Chapel will be open for viewings.

6pm: BBQ ends
The BBQ will wrap up to give you time to refresh ahead of the Alumni Club Night. The Packhorse (pub on the A30, formerly The Monkey’s Forehead) will be open if you're looking for somewhere to continue the celebrations. 

 

ALUMNI CLUB NIGHT, MEDICINE 
9pm - 2am (last entry at midnight)
Tickets available on the door for £7.

Nostalgic tunes and student prices - need we say more? Dance the night away and relive those classic student nights! Photographic ID must be shown to attend this section of the event. 

 

*In the event of wet weather, the BBQ will be served in Founder's Dining Hall and Crosslands.

Mains

Mini Beef sliders in a brioche bun 

Piri piri chicken served on tabbouleh salad, topped with crispy rocket

Roasted red pepper polenta served with pitta bread with samphire and spinach salad and harissa houmous

Tomato and onion salad, baby gem lettuce and cheddar cheese 

Mixed leaf salad 

Celeriac and apple slaw

New potato salad 

Selection of bread rolls with butter

 

Dessert 

Glazed lemon tart served with fresh raspberries and apricot coulis

To bring the weekend to an end a series of tours and talks will be available on campus as part of our Heritage Open Day. Tickets to talks and tours are free and will be available on the day.
